1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper assembly are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • A full refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the refund within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

To cancel your order:

  • Send an email to yeohsmart_tech@outlook.com with your order number and a cancellation request.
  • If your request is received within the 12-hour window and before the order has been shipped, we will cancel and refund the full amount.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled.

This policy does not include:
